Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Operations and WorkLife, this role is essential to the successful operation of Behavioral Health service delivery and continuous improvement across ComPsych's APAC office locations. This role is based in the Philippines and will require flexible hours to support multiple time zones across the region, along with periodic travel.

The role will provide clinical oversight to APAC service delivery of behavioral health and EAP solutions delivered both direct or through partners. The role will also be responsible for managing and responding to client feedback, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues and attention to opportunity areas within the region. As part of service delivery, this role will have various responsibilities around staff and partner performance with the goal of improved qualitative and quantitative outcomes.

In this capacity, the Clinical Manager, APAC Operations will also support ComPsych clinical thought leadership at regional conferences and customer engagements. This person will support the Global sales team and partner with Account Services for customer engagements, quarterly business reviews, and other functional and strategic sessions within the APAC region.

Responsibilities

Clinical Manager, for APAC service delivery

  • Oversight of direct service providers and partners across APAC
    • Taking lead and direction from the Senior Director, Global Operations and WorkLife to align process and measures
    • Supporting quality service delivery as measured by clinical outcomes
    • Helping ensure qualitative targets are met consistently
    • Ensuring client feedback and reported issues are tracked and resolved within contractual parameters; and any regional issues or themes are addressed
  • APAC intake center, service delivery
    • Ensure staff are adequately skilled and prepared so as to ensure a timely and exceptional client experience at intake through to triage and service assignment
    • Support proper staffing and productivity levels to meet contractual obligations
    • Supporting Global sales as Clinical Manager, demonstrating ComPsych clinical expertise within APAC
    • Participate in responding to new business and renewal proposals for the region
    • Contributor to APAC sales opportunities, demonstrating ComPsych clinical practices
    • Contributor to regional account management, participating in customer engagements, QBRs, customer panels, and other opportunities to demonstrate ComPsych thought leadership
    • Represent ComPsych at regional conferences, panels, digital media, and other opportunities to build the ComPsych brand within APAC.
    • Clinical partner contributing to regional clinical outcome reports and supporting new product development and thought leadership within the APAC mental health and related markets.
    • Contribute as a stakeholder to ComPsych's APAC growth and customer retention strategy by providing high value service to the region.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health clinical operations
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Master’s Level education required (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related clinical field); Doctorate preferred
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Growing reputation as a mental health and well-being professional within the region
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in public speaking to small and mid-sized audiences preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization, and highly organized
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically

 

Other Requirements:

  • Must be based in and authorized to work in the Philippines
  • Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise
  • Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer
  • Flexibility to work hours that support multiple APAC time zones

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is 1,750,000 - 2,000,000 (PHP annual). Compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable local market rates and legal requirements.
