Overview

The Senior Global Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple geographies to attract, engage, and hire top talent worldwide. This role partners closely with hiring managers, executive leadership, and HR to understand global workforce needs, develop effective cross-border sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all regions. The Sr. Global Recruiter plays a key role in promoting the company’s employer brand on a global scale. Success in this role requires cultural agility, strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all global corporate openings across multiple regions and time zones for both entity and employer of record (EOR) hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to develop interview guides, profiles, and job descriptions tailored to global market requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and TA/HR team to create global recruiting and sourcing strategies that address regional talent market differences
  • Utilize standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent across international markets
  • Conduct interviews over the phone and video conference accommodating global time zones and cultural norms
  • Manage background verifications and reference check process, including country-specific compliance requirements
  • Lead post-interview debriefs with global interview teams and candidates
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding global corporate recruiting trends and international labor markets
  • Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques, inclusive hiring practices, and globally compliant processes
  • Administer job posting processes aligned with existing protocols and regional legal requirements
  • Ensure company brand is effectively promoted globally across all talent markets
  • Extend and negotiate job offers, including international compensation structures and relocation packages where applicable
  • Close out candidates who aren’t selected in a timely and respectful manner
  • Provide ad hoc recruitment and HR workforce reports to management
  • Partner with HR leadership to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across global locations
  • Assist with new hire onboarding programs to ensure positive employee experience globally
  • Recruit for non-global roles as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience with full life-cycle global recruiting in a corporate environment; HR generalist or HRBP experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates across international markets through cold calling, name/lead generation, networking, etc.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries and navigating diverse labor laws, employment regulations, and cultural nuances
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required
  • Familiarity with international compensation structures
  • Understanding of global legal and compliance issues including GDPR, international employment law, and country-specific hiring regulations
  • Ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks across global time zones, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; demonstrated cultural agility, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with global Rippling HRIS platforms a plus
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, or PHRi certification preferred
  • Stable work history required
  • Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise

  • Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or events

  • Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this positions is 960,000-1,800,000 PHP. Compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable local market rates and legal requirements. Where required by applicable law, salary range information will be provided to candidates during the recruitment process or upon request.
