The job title is Guidance Consultant and is a remote working role residing in the country of India. This is a full-time and permanent position. This position is ideal for mental health professionals who prioritize clinical excellence and demonstrate empathy in their approach, and who thrive in a dynamic environment where accessibility, responsiveness, and client-centered care are paramount.
Guidance Consultants provide direct support to clients via telephone and chat; they address issues related to behavioral health, emotional well-being, family concerns, and overall wellness, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and sound clinical judgment.
Within the world's largest provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and behavioral health management services, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for professional development. Consultants leverage their clinical expertise to provide immediate support, guide clients toward available resources, and facilitate prompt and appropriate referrals, thereby ensuring continuity of care and positive outcomes.
Other Requirements
The pay range for this positions is ₹4,500,000 - 5,500,000 (per year). Compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable local market rates and legal requirements. Where required by applicable law, salary range information will be provided to Providers upon request.
