Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional capable of proactively building and maintaining positive customer relationships. The Absence Account Representative will be responsible for working with the management team to meet and exceed client expectations. This role will serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments and deliver information to ensure understanding of procedures and services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as expert for ComPsych services with customers and exhibit a thorough understanding of absence management, departmental procedures and tools.
  • Use independent judgement and discretion when handling matters related to assigned accounts.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers, ensuring the company’s goals are met and clients’ needs are addressed with assigned book of business. 
  • Investigate, review, and resolve client concerns  and communicate resolution or partner on next steps to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to client during implementation and post-implementation
  • Retain, grow, and expand book of business by identifying opportunities to expand services with additional products
  • Support other Account Managers with servicing large/complex accounts through verbal and electronic correspondence
  • Create and build strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders to provide the best service to our customers
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in order to represent ComPsych’s values and standards on a daily basis
  • Work independently as well as foster a positive team environment to best serve our customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience creating and maintaining successful customer relationships required
  • Account Management experience a plus
  • Exposure to benefits administration or HR compliance a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of FMLA compliance a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Other Requirements

  • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
  • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer

 

The salary range for this position is 55,000 - 70,000 CAD. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
