The Agentic AI & Absence Automation Leader will drive the transformation of our absence operations through agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflow design. This role will partner with the SVP of Absence Operations on the strategy, development, deployment, and optimization of AI-powered bots and automation pipelines that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and customer outcomes across the absence division.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in AI/ML technologies with strong operational leadership and business acumen. This individual will partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership to identify high-impact automation opportunities and implement scalable AI solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $86.10 CAD. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
