The job title is Global Provider Relations Specialist and is a remote working role residing in  the United Arab Emirates (remote).  This is a fixed-term and full-time position.  The Global Provider Relations Specialist recruits, contracts, and manages ComPsych’s international network of mental health counselors, legal and financial advisors, well-being coaches and other product delivery needs within an assigned region. Once onboarded, this role serves as the primary point of contact for global providers, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent service quality.

القيام بمهام أخرى حسب التكليف

• Utilizes independent judgement to identify, recruit and contract prospective providers for ComPsych’s Mental Health, Legal, Financial, and Well-being Coach networks.
• Implement a range of traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive providers, ensuring a strong pipeline for ComPsych’s provider networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with provider groups and individual providers to ensure customers have robust local networks.
• Negotiate provider rates while complying with ComPsych’s established guidelines and procedures in order to complete contracts.
• Serve as the primary liaison for contracted providers, addressing escalations, resolving operational inquiries, and ensuring sustained provider satisfaction and service quality.
• Facilitate the global billing process with providers, including investigating and resolving any billing and payment issues.
• Research and respond to provider inquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Resolve and respond to customer complaints relating to the global provider network.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of provider recruitment, contracting, and department workflows.
• Update and maintain provider information in our database to ensure it is accurate.
• Maintain strict adherence to medical confidentiality and applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR in Europe, PDPA in Singapore, PIPEDA in Canada, and PDPL in UAE).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification from a recognized institution required.
• Candidates whose jurisdiction recognizes an equivalent professional qualification or diploma at a comparable level may be considered where they demonstrate the requisite knowledge and skills for the role.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional business experience; 3–4 years preferred
• Experience in healthcare, clinical services, insurance, employee benefits, or other health-related sectors is preferred
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Experience in reporting, data analysis, and using insights to make informed decisions and recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet daily production goals and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems required
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic required
• Experience working in multicultural or international environments preferred
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity

• Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
• Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
• Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer

The pay range for this position is 80,000 - 90,000 AED per year. Compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable local market rates and legal requirements. Where required by applicable law, salary range information will be provided to Providers upon request.

Benefits are provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law and include annual leave, public holidays, mandatory health insurance, and end-of-service gratuity
