The job title is Guidance Consultant and is a remote working role residing in the country of Singapore. This is a permanent, full-time position and is ideal for mental health professionals who value clinical excellence and lead with empathy, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment where access, responsiveness, and client-centered care are essential.
Guidance Consultants provide direct client support via telephone and chat, addressing behavioral health, emotional well-being, family concerns, and overall wellness-related issues with professionalism, compassion, and sound clinical judgment.
As part of the world’s largest provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and managed behavioral health care services, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth. Consultants leverage their clinical expertise to deliver in-the-moment support, guide clients through available resources, and facilitate timely, appropriate referrals to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes.

The pay range for this positions is $45,000 - $60,000 SGD annually. Compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable local market rates and legal requirements.
