Notre conseiller(ère) en télésanté bilingue à temps partiel, travaillant à distance, maîtrise parfaitement l'anglais et le français (canadien) et possède un permis d'exercice au Québec. Il/Elle offrira des services de consultation brève et axée sur les solutions (par téléphone et/ou vidéo). Dans ce rôle, le/la conseiller(ère) en télésanté sera responsable d'effectuer une évaluation complète des problèmes présentés par les clients, d'établir un plan de traitement visant à résoudre les problèmes identifiés et de faciliter l'orientation vers des services de traitement à long terme et/ou des ressources communautaires, lorsque cela est cliniquement approprié. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède plus de trois ans d'expérience en counseling clinique, la capacité de travailler de façon autonome et un horaire flexible afin de répondre aux besoins des clients.

Our Remote Part-time Bilingual Telehealth Counselor will be fluent in English and French (Canadian), and licensed in Quebec. The Telehealth Counselor will provide brief, solution-focused (telephonic and/or video) counseling services. In this role, the Telehealth Counselor is responsible for conducting a comprehensive assessment of the clients’ presenting issues, establishing a treatment plan aimed at resolving identified issues, and facilitating a referral to long-term treatment and/or community resources when clinically appropriate. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of clinical counseling experience, the ability to work independently and flexible schedule to meet client needs.

• Bilinguisme anglais-français (canadien) requis.
• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en counseling clinique requis.
• Maîtrise en travail social, en counselling ou en psychologie requise.
• Permis d'exercice clinique indépendant requis 
• Expérience dans les services cliniques directs et la thérapie axée sur les solutions.
• Connaissance des problèmes de traitement et des services du PAE.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, avec un fort sens du service à la clientèle et un jugement clinique éclairé.
• Réactivité, dynamisme, attitude positive et professionnalisme, avec des aptitudes démontrées pour la gestion de plusieurs tâches simultanément et la pensée critique.
• Connexion Internet haute vitesse et espace de travail tranquille, sans distraction ni bruit requis.
• Capacité d'être filmé lors de formations, réunions et événements professionnels.
• Capacité de rester assis ou debout à un bureau pendant de longues périodes devant un ordinateur.
• Le conseiller en télésanté travaillera à distance depuis le Québec.
• Le conseiller en télésanté devra détenir un permis d'exercice au Québec.
   

• Bilingual Fluency in English and French (Canadian) is required 
• Minimum 3 years of clinical counseling experience required
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required
• Independent clinical license required
• Experience providing direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy
• Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and sound clinical judgment
• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise
• Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or events
• Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer
• Remote Telehealth Counselor will work remotely from Quebec 
• Remote Telehealth Counselor will need to be licensed in Quebec

• The hourly range for this position is $30.00-$40.00 CAD. The base hourly pay range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
