Overview

We are seeking an Absence Auditor to join our internal quality team. Our Absence Auditors implement and maintain a quality assurance program by monitoring 10% of production and implementing process development plans to reduce errors by 5% yearly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily audits of operational transactions
  • Monitor high risk interactions through quality reporting
  • Analyze metrics to spot trends and pinpoint necessary improvements
  • Monitor processes from a quality standpoint to identify development needs
  • Compile monthly quality score reports to present to Team Leads
  • Own and lead processes from start to finish
  • Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities in order to meet all deadlines
  • Collaborate with Operations management to implement process improvement measures
  • Represent the Quality Team in customer meetings and related preparation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and related laws in all 50 states
  • Understand concepts and rules as mandated by appropriate state and federal guidelines for FMLA and in coordination with the customer's policies
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated performance excellence in Specialist/Expert job functions
  • Meets/Exceeds daily production goal in their work activity
  • Quality- 100% accuracy rate
  • Demonstrated ability to own a task from beginning to end
  • Exhibited commitment to quality and error reduction with an interest in process development
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

 

Other Requirements:

  • Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise                                             
  • Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer
